Due to continued growth and long-term municipal contracts, we’re expanding our team in the ABE area. We’re currently seeking dependable and hard-working Helpers/Loaders to assist our drivers on residential and commercial routes. What You’ll Do
- Assist drivers in completing daily routes by safely loading trash and recycling into the truck
- Maneuver and stage residential and commercial containers curbside or dockside for collection
- Operate truck-mounted hoisting devices to lift and empty bins
- Return containers to their original location upright with lids secured
- Act as a spotter to assist drivers with safe backing and maneuvering
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions while maintaining a fast pace
- Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout your shift
- Provide friendly, professional customer service on every route
- Follow all health, safety, and company protocols
- Participate in training and other opportunities for development
What We’re Looking For
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and work in physically demanding conditions
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Team player with a safety-first mindset
- Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
