- Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs, physiology knowledge, and medical history.
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness or occupational health concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with health regulations.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment by adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or med spa staff to optimize patient care and satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport.
- Proficiency in patient assessment techniques to identify specific areas of tension or injury.
- Expertise in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy for targeted pain relief.
