- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Utilize POS systems for processing orders and managing transactions efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Basic math skills are required for accurate cash handling and order processing.
