Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service from arrival to departure
- Take orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and process payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the restaurant to ensure a safe environment
- Assist in food preparation and presentation in the BOH to uphold quality standards
- Follow food safety management protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Support team members during busy periods by coordinating tasks seamlessly
- Ensure all food safety practices are adhered to, including proper handling and storage of ingredients

Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to operate POS systems accurately and efficiently
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests
