Open Positions HVAC Technician
Salary Range: $50,000 - $105,000 annually(based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- HVAC experience A MUST!!!
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Strong troubleshooting skills
Clerical / Administrative Professional
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet customers
- Manage scheduling, filing, and data entry
- Assist with invoicing, reports, and office operations
- Support management and department teams
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Administrative experience preferred
Fire Sprinkler Technician
Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually(based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, test, and service fire sprinkler systems
- Read blueprints and construction drawings
- Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local codes
- Complete accurate inspection and service documentation
Qualifications:
- Experience in fire sprinkler installation or service preferred
- Knowledge of NFPA codes
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fire Alarm Technician
Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually(based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Install, program, inspect, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems
- Perform system testing and maintenance
- Ensure code compliance and system functionality
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Qualifications:
- Experience with fire alarm systems preferred
- Knowledge of NFPA 72 and related codes
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Valid driver's license
