- Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) certification
- Must be well versed in Professional billing including, but not limited to:
o WQ routing build
o Statements
o Claims
o Remittance
o Payment posting
o Credit work queues
o General Ledger
- Must be willing to work in team focused environment
- Must be able adhere to the build documentation and testing requirements set forth by the team
- Must be willing to work 1:1 with Patient Financial Services (PFS) leadership for testing
- Must be highly self-motivated to keep up with large ticket volume in a fast-paced environment
- Charge Router experience is preferred
- FQHC or Rural Health Billing experience is preferred
- Available to work Pacific Time (8 am – 5 pm PST) is preferred
