Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts.
- Stock shelves efficiently, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented to enhance the shopping experience.
- Support inventory management through merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory counts.
- Offer excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment to promote safety and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Must be available to work some Saturdays.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to engage with diverse customers effectively.
- Social Media skills a plus including posts on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for transactions and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stocking schedules and merchandising displays.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating initiative in customer interactions.
