Crossroads Market, is looking for energetic and friendly team members to join our crew! As part of the Fick & Sons team, you’ll be joining a company that has proudly served Northern Michigan since 1958.
We’re looking for reliable individuals who enjoy working with people and take pride in providing great customer service. Our team members help create a welcoming environment for customers while keeping the store running smoothly.
Must be able to work on weekends and pass a criminal background check!
The successful applicant will provide courteous assistance to customers by handling sales transactions, ensuring products are priced correctly, and maintaining store inventory while performing the following duties:
- Using the passport registers to check out customers.
- Monitors activity at gas pumps.
- Maintains store by stocking shelves, coolers, & freezers.
- Maintains cleanliness of the store and restrooms.
- Balancing drawer with paperwork at the end of the shift.

Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to pass a background test.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- 18 years or older to safely ensure that sales of beer, spirits, tobacco products, and lottery tickets comply with state and federal age requirements.
