<Duties>
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate interest in our offerings
- Engage customers through professional and persuasive communication, emphasizing the benefits of our products and services
- Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and providing tailored information about our solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets and increasing outreach effectiveness
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
<Qualifications>
- Proven experience in telemarketing, computer sales, or inside sales preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM software, especially Salesforce, is a plus
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales concepts is advantageous
- Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently and professionally
- Excellent command of English with clear verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
