Electrical Superintendent II
Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent who can interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, enthusiastic and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. As an Electrical Superintendent, you will be responsible for providing coordination, planning, and supervision to assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities in a particular area of discipline.
Ensure high-quality installation of electrical portions of the project, including underground cabling, overhead lines, and substation construction
Provide drawing, constructability, submittal reviews, and feedback with the engineering team, verifying quality of materials, equipment, and workmanship
Partner with the Sr. Superintendent in formwork selection, equipment sizing, site utilization plan, and development of project schedules and updates, including three-week look-ahead
Oversee electrical subcontractors, reviewing/monitoring their procurement of electrical resources, methods, staffing, look-ahead schedules, and coordination with other site activities
The base pay range for this role is $142,800 MIN - $214,200 MAX. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
