Ultimate Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab department in a part-time position. We're seeking a clinician who enjoys creating positive patient experiences and helping residents improve movement, confidence, and everyday function.
In This Role You Will:

Provide therapy treatments under the supervision of the Physical Therapist

Assist residents with strengthening exercises, balance activities, walking programs, and transfer training

Encourage resident participation and support progress toward mobility goals

Observe patient response during sessions and communicate updates to the rehab team

Complete accurate treatment documentation and maintain therapy records
