Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists for a 6-week temporary onsite assignment in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role supports a public sector voter services team during election operations by performing clerical support, document review, quality assurance, records verification, and accurate data entry.

Key Responsibilities
- Review voter registration applications, Vote-by-Mail requests, voter record updates, reports, correspondence, and related election documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Compare, verify, reconcile, and validate information using internal systems, records, and supporting documentation.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, duplicate records, or processing errors and escalate items requiring review or correction.
- Enter, update, verify, and maintain election-related information in agency databases and data entry systems.
- Organize, file, retrieve, and maintain electronic and paper records in accordance with established procedures.
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and coworkers regarding processing questions, quality findings, and documentation issues.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $24 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Assignment length: 6 weeks.
- Work location: Onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
- Schedule may include extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays when required to support election operations.
