Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, air conditioning, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
- Install new appliances and mechanical systems with precision, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct troubleshooting for complex mechanical issues, utilizing your knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology to identify root causes quickly.
- Operate company vehicles safely for on-site repairs or equipment deliveries, maintaining accurate logs of service activities.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to support operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to prioritize repairs, improve maintenance procedures, and ensure safety compliance across all facilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair.
- Demonstrated ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology including air conditioning systems, kitchen equipment maintenance, and refrigeration units.
- Experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), ensuring equipment reliability through proactive upkeep.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate company vehicles safely in various environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients alike.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
