Graphic Designer & Print Production Specialist
Location: Houston, TX
Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer & Print Production Specialist to join our team. This is a professional role — we are not looking for Canva users. Candidates must have experience with industry-standard design software specifically COREL DRAW, ADOBE and digital print production.

Key Responsibilities
- Create marketing materials, signage, and print collateral (business cards, brochures, booklets, etc.) to client specifications.
- Prepare press-ready files with correct bleeds, crop marks, and color settings.
- Operate and maintain Ricoh digital presses for high-quality output.
- Handle finishing processes: cutting, trimming, folding, binding, and packaging.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain printers, cutters, and finishing equipment in proper working order.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficient in CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Strong design foundation: typography, layout, branding, and print prep.
- Hands-on experience with Ricoh digital printers (or similar presses).
- Knowledge of print finishing equipment (cutters, folders, binders, etc.).
- Attention to detail and commitment to professional design standards.
- Customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous print shop or sign shop experience.
- Knowledge of paper stocks, finishes, and digital press production.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
