Key Responsibilities:
Working in agile, collaborative teams, you will design and deploy end-to-end analytical solutions:
- Advanced Analytics Development: Conceptualize, design, develop, and test advanced analytical models and algorithms (using Python, R, SQL, VBA, and Excel) tailored specifically to the client's complex problem sets.
- Data Conditioning & Wrangling: Perform advanced data conditioning to transform messy, unstructured, or disparate datasets into highly structured, analysis-ready assets.
- Database Management: Leverage advanced knowledge of SQL databases to query, manipulate, and extract critical intelligence from massive datasets.
- Data Visualization & Decision Support: Design and develop compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and decision products that communicate analytical findings and outputs clearly to stakeholders.
- Mission-Critical Communication: Translate highly technical and quantitative findings into clear, actionable insights for client decision-makers.
- Independent Execution: Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment, working independently with minimal guidance to deliver high-quality, hardened code.
What You Bring (Qualifications):
- Clearance: Active TS/SCI security clearance (Non-negotiable).
- Industry Experience: Proven track record of supporting GEOINT analysis or intelligence operations.
- Data Analytics & Conditioning: Deep expertise in advanced data conditioning, data mining, and statistical analysis.
- Technical Stack: Strong proficiency with SQL databases and hands-on coding experience in Python, R, and/or VBA.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional troubleshooting skills with a proven ability to exercise mature judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
- Communication: Outstanding ability to translate highly technical and quantitative findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Workload Management: Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and thrive on small, cross-functional teams.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
