Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician. The Field Service Team Lead will be responsible for the organization of the service support, final quality control (QC) and new equipment installs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in field service repairs, including mechanical adjustments, electrical system diagnosis, and computer troubleshooting. Experience with x-ray equipment is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control:
- Conduct final quality control checks on new equipment received to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Identify and rectify any issues before equipment is dispatched to customers or deployed in the field.
Local Deliveries:
- Comfortable driving a 14-foot box truck for local deliveries if needed. (Larger deliveries are shipped via shipping company)
- Ensures safe and timely transportation of equipment to customers.
Field Service Installs and Repairs:
- Install and Perform mechanical adjustments, electrical system diagnosis, and computer troubleshooting on various equipment.
- Provide on-site service and support to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provides detailed service reports for company records.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven experience within the technical or equipment service industry.
- Strong background in field service repairs, including mechanical, electrical, and computer troubleshooting.
- Experience with x-ray equipment is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting and repairs.
Other Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel for on-site installs and service calls.
- No issue with background check to enter high profile customer sites
Education: A degree or certification in a related technical field is preferred but not required based on professional experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy equipment.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including customer sites and service warehouses.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
