Job description
We are seeking drivers to meet the needs of a continuously growing demand for moving services in the Twin Cities.
This position involves packing, prepping, and moving of client’s belongings in addition to driving a 26 foot truck.
Our service area is primarily within the Twin Cities, however with experience there are opportunities to regularly travel out of state for cross country moves.
Who should apply?
Industry experience is great, but you need not be a veteran mover to apply. An open mind, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are all that we need to help you grow into a phenomenal Crew member.
Some of the basic requirements:
Drivers must be 21 years of age or older.
Drivers must have a valid driver’s license (no CDL required), with a clean driving record. We will run your Motor Vehicle Record to verify.
Reliable means of transportation to and from our office in Minneapolis; we typically start between 6:45am-7:45am.
Ability to lift heavy, odd shaped, awkward objects (usually 100 lbs or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, running, etc.
Flexible schedule during the week and weekends; Saturday’s area a must, but you will be able to choose your available days to work during the week. Each crew is expected to work until their jobs for the day are completed, however jobs are generally done by 5pm and earlier on an average day.
Some of the basic responsibilities:
Arrive to work consistently, and on time.
Provide exceptional customer service as you safely pack, move, and sometimes unpack customer’s belongings.
Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing; comfortably interact with customers, the general public, and co-workers.

Compensation
The starting driver base bay is $20/hour for candidates with no moving or driving experience. Increases in pay will occur with demonstration of reliability, performance, and overall quality of work. The base pay range: $20 - $25+ per hour.
Overtime is generally available for those who are interested.
In addition to this base hourly pay, a great crew member can generally expect to receive tips which may average an additional $5/hour, and sometimes more.
