We are currently searching for an energetic personal with a winning attitue to fill a Service Writer/Parts position. You will need to work directly with our service department to keep all of our, and our customer's RV's in top operating condition. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
Unlike most service writer positions in the industry, the pay plan is not 100% Commission based. We offer a $3,000 / mo base salary plus commission. Which means the better job you perform, the more moeny you will earn.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and internal new/used rv dept concerning rv repairs.
- Notate customer concerns on repair orders and communicate with assigned mechanic.
- Effectively write ROs that make sense to both the techs and the customers
- Communicate with customers as to necessary repairs, status updates and completion date and time to pick up. Update Repair Orders with good tech notes.
- Quality inspect repairs before releasing it to the customers
- Answering service phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Some overtime may be required based on situations
