We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic orthodontic receptionist to join our team. Our orthodontic practice is dedicated to creating beautiful, healthy smiles for our patients, and we need a receptionist who shares our passion for exceptional patient care.
As our receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming patients to our practice, scheduling appointments, and assisting with billing and insurance inquiries. Also responsibilities will include the ability to manage financial contracts and agreements with patients, including setting up payment plans and collecting payments. You will also play a key role in maintaining a warm and welcoming environment in our office, helping to create a positive experience for all patients and their families.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a friendly and outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. You should also be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist wanted but not necessary, preferably in a dental or orthodontic office
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in computer software in general and the ability to use a computer
- A passion for helping people and creating beautiful, healthy smiles!
