We are looking for a Pastry cook that has knowledge in French pastries (pâte à choux, creme pâtissière, ganache, almond cream...)
At least 5 years of experience in French baking.
This is a full time position starting at 4am until 11am/12pm.
You will work alongside the owner who is a true passionate French Chef baker with 32 years of experience.
We make everything from scratch and bake fresh everyday.
Looking for someone passionate about the craft, multitasking and time efficient.
Viennoiseries knowledge a plus but not required.
