The Opportunity
We are expanding market share across Louisiana and seeking an uncompromising, localized Managing Partner / Co-Operator to run, scale, and physically lead our day-to-day roofing operations. This is a true equity partnership opportunity featuring a 50/50 net profit split on all generated business. To ensure total operational alignment and skin in the game within our broader SPC asset framework, an equity capital buy-in is strongly preferred.
You will step directly into a "hands-on" execution role. You will run crews, secure high-value contracts, maximize early-stage supply chains, and build a world-class field operation from our base in downtown New Orleans.
Key ResponsibilitiesField Operations & Crew Management
- Drive Production & Velocity: Supervise and direct sub-contractors and in-house crews across multiple active residential and commercial job sites.
- Maintain the Quality Standard: Quality-check all phases of construction, ensuring precision from initial decking down to final specialized metal accents.
- Enforce Safety & Logistics: Manage material procurement, local logistics, project timelines, and strict job site safety protocols.
Sales Leadership & Market Deployment
- Execute Enterprise Estimating: Conduct detailed property inspections, close high-ticket retail roofing contracts, and navigate complex commercial bids.
- Lead Emergency Response: Capitalize on regional weather events by orchestrating high-velocity 24/7 emergency repair workflows and leak mitigation teams.
- Brand Representation: Act as the local face of Audubon Roofing, turning standard consultations into long-term commercial relationships.
Financial, Supply Chain & Margin Control
- P&L Management: Rigorously track project margins, material waste, and labor costs to directly maximize the co-shared 50/50 profit pool.
- Optimize Vendor Relations: Source and secure distribution channels for raw materials, custom sheet metal, and specialized equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensing Requirement: Must hold an active Louisiana state roofing license (Residential and/or Commercial) or meet the necessary criteria to immediately qualify as the qualifying agent for the company.
- Experience: 5+ years of direct construction, roofing, or contracting leadership experience, with a heavy emphasis on residential and commercial production.
- Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Louisiana roofing codes, coastal climate challenges, and the local New Orleans vendor/sub-contractor ecosystem.
- Capital & Commitment: Strong preference for a partner capable of executing an equity buy-in to secure direct partnership alignment.
- Mindset: A relentless, business-minded operator who understands that high-end execution requires both field presence and strategic margin tracking.
- Logistics: Valid driver’s license and the physical capability to perform roof inspections alongside active crews.
