Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift
Pay: $22 per hour
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Specialist to join our Homemakers team. This role supports our properties by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks to ensure safe, high-quality living environments for our residents.
Experience is the key in this important position. We would prefer a candidate with proven experience in facility maintenance and/or property management.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance across multiple properties

Troubleshoot and resolve repair requests efficiently

Complete work orders with accuracy and professionalism

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Assist with special projects as needed

Physical & Environmental Expectations:

Bend/kneel/crouch/climb.

Standing and for long periods of time.

Lift, push, pull, and maneuver products and equipment weighing up to 150 lbs.

Repetitive bending, lifting, and arm movements.

Operate forklifts and work at varying heights.

Work indoors and outdoors in warehouse conditions including noise, dust, and temperature changes.

Conditions may include hot/cold temperatures, dusty surroundings and noisy work environment.
