POSITION SUMMARY
This is a high-energy, phone-driven sales environment with unlimited upside.
You’ll work with warm, opt-in leads generated through targeted marketing campaigns and help clients make informed decisions regarding physical gold and silver.
Success here comes from consistency, communication, organization, and relentless follow-up.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Handle inbound and outbound client communication
- Conduct high-volume outreach and maintain daily activity goals
- Qualify prospects and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Benefit from long-term relationships based on trust and professionalism
- Track opportunities and client activity in CRM systems
- Follow up methodically and team to close opportunities consistently
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Comfortable making speaking to dozens of prospects a day
- Strong pipeline management and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
- Consistently meet or exceed performance goals
- Strong urgency and ownership mentality

- Sales experience (phone sales strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication skills

- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
