*Candidates with entry level skill and experience will be offered $23-$25/hour, and candidates with higher skill and experience will be offered $30-$40+/hour. Work hours are 8-5 with an hour lunch. Pay is based on experience and skill level. Candidate must have their own tools, and be efficient doing tires, brakes, and suspension work minimum. Responsibilities:
- Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks on all make and model vehicles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, and electrical issues -able to lab scope a plus.
- Conduct routine maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and brake jobs.
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as engines, timing components, brakes and electrical systems
- Provide excellent, quality customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair options with service manager.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience as an automotive technician or an education in automotive service preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
