What You’ll Do:
- Oversee kitchen operations, cleanliness standards, menu choices and recipes
- Execute weekly supply orders and manage food / back of house inventory
- Cook and assemble taco orders with speed, precision, and consistency
- Prep ingredients daily—chopping, marinating, grilling, and keeping things fresh
- Manage kitchen schedule and hold kitchen staff accountable to restaurant policies
- Own your station—keep it clean, stocked, and running smoothly
- Ensure recipes and presentation standards are met to maintain flavor and quality
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timing and flow during service
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following health and safety guidelines
- Jump in where needed—teamwork makes the tacos work
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ year experience in a fast-paced kitchen (taco experience a bonus)
- Solid knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Ability to handle the heat (literally and figuratively) during peak service
- Great communication and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Punctual, reliable - position will work 4 days each week and 1 night
