Howdy! We are a new home furnishings store, located in downtown Casper, WY. We have grown our business to include furniture, case goods, accessories, rugs, and lighting.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Greet every customer immediately in a courteous and friendly manner
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer-friendly environment
- Stay current on product knowledge
- Provide prompt and accurate service at the cash register
- Ability to multi-task and handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously
- Setting up and maintaining an appealing retail environment
- Stock merchandise for the showroom floor
- Manage Inventory for store
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Friendly, outgoing personality, provide customer service to a broad customer base
- Experience in retail required, 5 years or more
- Experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) & computerized inventory systems or the ability to learn quickly
- Must have the ability to stand and walk the sales floor for most of the day
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Be able to function in a high-paced environment
- Enjoy working as a team player
Must be willing to travel once or twice a year to home furnishing trade shows.
