Job Responsibilities:

Receive Deliveries: Unload delivery trucks, verify shipment quantities against invoices, and inspect food quality.

Stock & Rotate: Move heavy boxes to storage and use the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to prevent expiration.

Track Stock Levels: Conduct daily or weekly physical inventory counts and log data into the restaurant's tracking system.

Maintain Organization: Keep the walk-in freezer, cooler, and dry storage areas clean, labeled, and compliant with health codes.
