Overview
Join our sales team at Mark Christopher Auto Center where we represent all four GM brands: Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, and Cadillac. We’re looking for a motivated automotive sales professional with BDC experience, strong phone skills, CRM knowledge, and familiarity with DealerSocket and Global Connect. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a genuine hunger to sell cars, make money, and grow within the dealership.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers through phone, internet, and in-person interactions
- Follow up consistently with leads, appointments, and showroom traffic
- Utilize DealerSocket, Global Connect, and CRM tools to manage customer opportunities
- Build strong customer relationships and identify buying opportunities
- Conduct professional outbound calls and follow-up
- Set appointments and work toward closing sales
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow dealership processes
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Work closely with management and the sales team to maximize opportunities
Requirements
- Previous BDC or automotive sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems, DealerSocket, and Global Connect
- Proven ability to follow up and generate appointments
- Strong work ethic and competitive mindset
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Hunger to sell cars and earn at a high level
- Self-motivated, coachable, and willing to put in the work

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
