As an Associate Manager, you’ll partner with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, develop team members, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and help drive sales and profitability.
- Lead shifts while ensuring outstanding food quality and guest service
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members through hands-on leadership
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees
- Create a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and health department standards are maintained
- Help manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and food costs
- Monitor cash handling, POS accuracy, and restaurant security procedures
- Support execution of promotions, new menu rollouts, and operational initiatives
- Address guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Step in to oversee restaurant operations when the General Manager is unavailable
- Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Shift Lead or Certified Trainer experience encouraged to apply
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, dependable, and results-oriented
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and restaurant POS systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- ServSafe Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Bend, reach, twist, and move throughout the restaurant
- Work in varying temperatures, including kitchen and cooler environments
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
