Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using warm calling techniques to generate interest and build rapport.
- Engage in professional B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, clearly articulating product benefits and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
- Negotiate terms and close deals by addressing client objections, presenting compelling value propositions, and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify target audiences and refine outreach strategies.
- Maintain high levels of customer service by providing timely follow-up, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive outreach and persistent effort.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales with a focus on closing deals.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes, outbound calling techniques, and business development strategies.
- Experience in technical sales or marketing is a plus, demonstrating the ability to sell technology-based solutions.
