Part-Time Marketing & Community Outreach Assistant
West Houston | In-Person | 10-15 Hours per Week to Start
LILA Pathways Academy is looking for a creative, energetic person to help bring our vision to life.
I'm looking for someone who enjoys taking ideas and turning them into polished marketing materials, community events, and meaningful connections. You'll work directly with me, brainstorming ideas, creating promotional materials, helping organize outreach efforts, and supporting the launch of a new educational model that puts children first.
This is an in-person position because I believe the best ideas come from collaborating together. We'll work side by side, turning concepts into action and making adjustments in real time as LILA continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Design flyers, brochures, invitations, and other marketing materials
- Create social media graphics and assist with content planning
- Help prepare for community events and open houses
- Assist with community outreach and follow-up phone calls
- Organize marketing materials and promotional campaigns
- Help bring creative ideas to life
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Is creative and enjoys graphic design or marketing
- Is dependable, organized, and takes initiative
- Likes brainstorming and solving problems
- Has strong communication skills
- Enjoys working in a startup environment where every day is a little different
- Has an interest in education, marketing, communications, or community engagement
This position begins at 10-15 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours and expanded responsibilities as LILA grows.
