Position Summary
The Production Line Associate is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations, including product filling, labeling, packaging, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities
· Fill tubes and containers according to production specifications
· Label products accurately and ensure proper placement and compliance
· Package finished goods following company and customer standards
· Inspect products to ensure quality and report any defects or inconsistencies
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production and work areas at all times
· Perform routine cleaning of equipment, tools, and workstations before, during, and after production runs
· Follow all safety procedures, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and company guidelines
· Assist with production line setup, changeovers, and breakdowns
· Handle materials and products safely to avoid damage or contamination
· Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
· Support inventory control by reporting material shortages or discrepancies
· Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
· Maintain accurate production records when required
· Adhere to timelines and meet daily production targets
·Report any equipment malfunctions or operational issues immediately
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
