About Us: Fiesta Auto Insurance & Tax Services is seeking a motivated, customer focused insurance agent to join our growing team. The Ideal candidate is energetic Bilingual sales driven, and passionate about helping customers find affordable insurance solutions. Agents will educate customers provide quotes, write new business, service existing policies, and promote additional products and services while delivering exeptional customer service.
Responsibilities: Quote & sell Auto policies, compare rates from multiple insurance carriers to provide customers with the best coverage at the best price. Meet and exceed monthly sales and retention goals. Assist customers with DMV registration service, Tags, and related transactions. Educate customers on insurance.
Qualifications:
- previous Insurance experience needed
- speak fluent in Spanish
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- self motivated, Responsible
- Active insurance licenses .
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- MUST have transportation
- No Felones
