Construction Superintendent – Grading & Utilities

Your Role:
- Lead daily field operations for grading and underground utilities.
- Manage crews, subcontractors, and jobsite logistics.
- Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.
- Serve as the key link between the field, project managers, inspectors, and clients.
- Manage time, materials, quantities, and and complete daily logs.
- Schedule crews
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ supervisory experience in grading/utilities.
- Strong knowledge of storm, water, sewer, and grading operations.
- Proven record of delivering safe, on-time, on-budget projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus).
- Understand plans and job documents.
- Experience with NCDOT, City of Charlotte widenings and road improvements a plus.
- Provide knowledge, problem solve and lay out and daily task for crews.
- Work with management team on scheduling and budgets for projects.
