About Tri State Gate
Tri State Gate is a custom gate, fence, and automation company serving the NY, CT, and NJ tri-state area. We build high-end custom gates, fences, decks, pergolas, columns, and architectural woodwork for residential and commercial clients across Westchester, Fairfield County, and the surrounding areas.

This job is for a full time position, Monday - Friday, 7:30AM to 5:00PM.
What You'll Be Building
This is a hands-on finish carpentry role. Your work will include:
- Custom wood fences, gates, and entry structures
- Decorative columns and pergolas
- Custom decks and outdoor structures
- Custom shower enclosures and interior millwork
- One-off architectural details and trim work
Fabrication work is performed at our factory showroom in Bedford Hills NY, and installation work is on-site at customer properties You will work alongside our installation crews and project managers, with steady year-round work across all four seasons.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of finish carpentry experience
- Strong craftsmanship. The kind of work you'd be proud to put your name on
- Comfortable reading plans, taking field measurements, and laying out custom work from a rough drawing
- Skilled with the full range of carpentry tools (table saw, miter saw, router, planer, track saw, etc.)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift and carry materials, work outdoors in seasonal weather, and stand, kneel, and climb throughout the day
- Authorized to work in the United States
