Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Weekend Housekeepers to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas during weekend shifts. Your dedication will help create a welcoming atmosphere that exceeds guest expectations and upholds our commitment to safety and hygiene.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, bed making, and bathroom sanitation
- Handle floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure spotless surfaces
- Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines related to sanitation standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently independently within scheduled shifts on weekends
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks promptly
- Familiarity with custodial practices and industrial cleaning methods is a plus
