Role and Responsibilities
- Excel as a Highly Responsive and Accessible Day-to-Day Contact for Key Customers/Targets.
- Lead Account Level & Support Organizational Change Management.
- Lead Account Level & Support Organizational Project Management.
- Support New Business Development Initiatives, Quoting & Product Launch Requirements.
- Drive Order Fulfillment Cycle and Provide Necessary Support to Ensure a High OTD% (On-Time-Delivery).
- Master Bryant’s ERP (Visual) and CRM (Salesforce.com) Systems.
Education
- High School Required / Some College Preferred
Experience
- Minimum of 3 Years in a field working directly with customers, preferably in a sales, customer service or project manager capacity
Skills Required
- Mid Level Expertise in Microsoft Office Platform (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint – MS Project a bonus)
Special Attributes
- Basic Knowledge of ERP & CRM System Navigation
- Basic Knowledge of Manufacturing / Contract Manufacturing process including the conversion of raw materials into finished products
