Located in beautiful Savannah, GA, Harmony at Savannah provides a welcoming senior living environment focused on exceptional resident care, comfort, and quality of life.
As the Maintenance Assistant, you will perform semi-skilled maintenance tasks related to the upkeep, maintenance, and repair of the community’s buildings, grounds, equipment, and appliances as directed by the Maintenance Director. This position plays an important role in ensuring our community remains safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for our residents, families, and team members.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Two years of previous maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of general building maintenance practices and equipment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
