RN Floor Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Floor Nurse to join our team in Mount Airy, MD. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population, including acute, chronic, and rehabilitative care
Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to achieve desired outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure open and transparent communication
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and interactions

Shift Differential M-F Evening & Night Shift $2 per hour, Sat & Sun Day Shift $3 per hour, Sat & Sun Evening & Night Shifts $5 per hour
Requirements:
0-2 years of nursing experience required
Current RN licensure in the state of Maryland
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
