Position Requirements:

Texas State License
-
Board Certification - Family Medicine, ABFM or AOBFM

Family Medicine Residency

Possess a minimum of 1 year of post-residency clinical experience within the last 3 years providing direct patient care in Family Medicine

DEA and Controlled Substance License
-
Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS
