Future Coffee is a specialty mobile coffee cart serving handcrafted espresso beverages at weddings, corporate events, private parties, and community gatherings throughout Central Alabama. We are passionate about creating memorable moments through exceptional coffee, genuine hospitality, and attention to every detail.
We're looking for friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic baristas who enjoy serving people and thrive in a fast-paced event environment. Whether you're an experienced specialty coffee professional or someone eager to learn, we'll provide the training needed to help you succeed.
As part of our team, you'll work alongside another barista as a two-person crew, serving high-quality drinks while representing the Future Coffee brand with professionalism and warmth. Every event is different, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and loves creating unforgettable guest experiences.
What You'll Do
- Prepare handcrafted espresso beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.
- Work as part of a two-person event team to serve weddings, corporate events, church gatherings, and private celebrations.
- Set up and break down our mobile coffee cart and equipment at various event venues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout each event.
- Restock supplies and assist with event preparation and cleanup.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Represent Future Coffee with professionalism, positivity, and excellent customer service.

Previous barista or coffee shop experience is preferred but not required. We provide paid training for the right candidates.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to event locations throughout Central Alabama.
- Primarily available on Fridays, Saturdays, and occasional evenings.
- Ability to stand for several hours.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
