Current Front of House Openings:
- Customer Service (Sat & Sun)
- 5am Packer/Delivery Driver (Sprinter Van &/or Box Truck)
Front of House employee make between $14-16 an hour, based on previous experience AND may be included in the company credit card tip pool after completing training. Customer Service employees split daily cash tips from their retail location.
As apart of our Front of House, you will be a crucial member of our team; responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, is committed to food safety, has an attention for details, enjoys working with a team, and thrive in fast-paced settings. Most importantly, we're seeking someone who will contribute to delivering high-quality to our guests.
**Please note, during the interview process, you will be asked if you will need to take any time off, especially around the holidays; the holidays are a very busy time for us and candidates with open availability will be prioritized.**
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards in the food industry.
- Reliable availability on Saturdays and Sundays to meet scheduling needs.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- 5AM Packer/Deliver Driver: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- 5AM Packer/Deliver Driver: Experience operating Sprinter Van and/or Box Truck preferred, but not required.
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
