We are a very busy high in demand anti-aging, functional medicine medical office known as Ageless MD, looking for a special employee to help us get our patients healthy naturally. Our office is located in Saint James, Long Island. The main provider of our office is Dr. Roxanne Carfora who specializes in Primary Care and Anti-aging Functional and Regenerative Medicine who focuses more of a holistic and natural approach to healing her patients. We strive to keep a positive environment for our patients and staff providing the patients a natural approach to their needs.

You must be a positive, organized, mature and a reliable individual who is dedicated to prioritizing our patients needs and care. Other necessary skills may include are good computer skills, the ability to multitask, typing abilities, comfortable answering busy phones and managing a busy schedule. Position:
Monday - Thursday 8am to 4pm
As well as coverage as needed Friday 8am-4pm and Saturday 8am-12pm!
Compensation:
Hourly pay starts at $18-$20 per hour. Other benefits may include purchasing supplements or treatments at a discounted rate. There is a probation period of 3 months.
Office duties include:
- Opening and closing the office.
- Answering phones, answering questions and taking messages.
- Scheduling patients on the computer.
- Collecting and accounting for cash, transactions, checks, and processing credit card payments.
- Talking to patients, making them feel comfortable and answering questions about their care.
- Ordering and stocking supplies.
- Assisting professional staff and project manager.
- Performing medical intakes for patients appointment
-Submitting Prior Authorizations
-Informing patients regarding test results.
-Completing and submitting lab bills.
-Administering Injections.
-Completing any medical testing such as EKGs, metabolic testing, pulmonary function tests.
-Restocking rooms and keeping track of inventory.
-Maintaining clean and organized exam rooms.
-Updating patients medical information.
-Completing forms and paperwork for patients.
-Work alongside healthcare professionals to provide the best care possible for patients.
- Scheduling patients on the computer.
-Being an all-around team player.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
