Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tesla Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software issues using advanced automotive diagnostic tools and schematics specific to electric vehicles.
- Perform repairs on vehicle systems including powertrain, engine technology, electrical wiring diagrams, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and vehicle wiring.
- Conduct routine maintenance such as fluid changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and alignment adjustments to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Repair and replace components related to diesel engines, automotive engines, and powertrain systems with precision and efficiency.
- Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot complex electrical systems accurately.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques safely during mechanical repair tasks.
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards while maintaining detailed service records.
Skills
- Proven dealership experience or extensive mechanic experience with a focus on automotive electrical systems and engine repair.
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, including the use of specialized diagnostic tools for electric vehicles.
- Familiarity with ADAS technology, vehicle systems integration, and automotive wiring diagram interpretation.
- Expertise in engine repair, powertrain maintenance, alignment procedures, and vehicle maintenance protocols.
- Mechanical knowledge complemented by proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and manual handling techniques.
- Ability to read schematics accurately and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
