Location: Coon Rapids, MN
Wage: $21.25 – $23.25/hr. (Depending on experience and shift)
Hours:
- 1st Shift: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm – 2:00 am, Monday – Thursday
- Weekend Shift: 5:00 am – 5:30 pm, Friday – Sunday

Duties of the laser operator:
- Set up, operate, and monitor industrial laser cutting equipment to produce precision parts
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, clean lenses, and troubleshoot machine operations
- Conduct quality control inspections on cut parts to ensure dimensional accuracy and blueprint compliance
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly follow facility safety regulations
Requirements of the laser operator:
- Prior experience operating laser cutting machinery or CNC metal fabrication equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, process sheets, and use basic measuring instruments
- Working knowledge of shop safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
