Photography Management Responsibilities:
- Photographs clients (min 3 years professional photography experience)
- Oversees the Production Pipeline
- Oversees the daily flow, organization and cleanliness of the photography studio, accessories and props
- Manage Production Assistant and photographers to ensure that work from session are completed on time while using all Nest Studio production processes and procedures
- Responsible for effectively communicating and collaborating with Photo Editor to improve processes and overall guest experience
- Vets, interviewsd and hires freelance photographers as needed seasonally
- Management of photography schedule
- Responsible for checking retouched images before sending to guest and ensuring they are up to Nest Photo standard and making updates as needed
- Responsible for communicating with vendors with issues and questions about products
- Manages our social media account
- Updates our webiste with new images, quarterly
- Responsible for creating new and innovative looks for sessions
- Responsible for problem solving and handling challenging situations in the session while maintaining a positive environment
- While using a creative eye, responsible for conducting sessions with Nest Photo Studio poses and technical requirements
- Interest in and knowledge of working with children a MUST
- MAC or PC, Photoshop + Lightroom, Microsoft Outlook required
- Ability to bend down, crawl on ground, step on ladders, work in slightly heated, newborn friendly room, and work outside for outdoor sessions as needed. Ability to lift and move light furniture.
