Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Doorman to join our team. The Door Person plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises while providing excellent customer service to guests and visitors. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various situations effectively, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and uphold the highest standards of security.
Responsibilities
- Monitor entry and exit points to ensure the safety of all guests and staff.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Conduct regular surveillance of the premises
- Implement conflict management strategies to de-escalate potential issues with guests or visitors.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and ensure loss prevention.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when required, ensuring proper protocols are followed during incidents.
- Keep detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and any noteworthy occurrences.
WORK HOURS: 11am - 7:30pm and/or 2:30pm - 11:15pm, including weekends and holidays.
Skills
