We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and style-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you will create an exceptional shopping experience for every customer while helping maintain a beautiful, organized, and high-energy boutique environment.

Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm, welcoming attitude and assist them throughout their shopping experience
- Provide styling suggestions and product recommendations to help customers feel confident in their purchases
- Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features, fit, and styling options
- Accurately process transactions using our POS system
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Restock merchandise and assist with maintaining displays
- Communicate current promotions and new arrivals to customers
- Support team members and contribute to daily sales goals
- Assist with general boutique upkeep and daily tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay productive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting
- Must be reliable and team-oriented
