Garrin's Automotive is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing person for our service advisor. Must be a self starter and have a positive attitude. We are a family owned auto repair business who takes great pride in taking care of our customers and employees. We have a great reputation in the community and we are growing quickly. We are looking for a full time employee to join our team family and help us reach our goals and theirs too. Our service advisor would:
- Provide "Knock Your Socks Off" customer service --greet customers and take phone calls enthusiastically
- Have a love of people and develop relationships with our customers that encourage repeat customers and referrals for new customers.
- Create estimates and invoices using industry leading software
- Educate customers and review our courtesy inspection with them
- Have great communication skills
- Maintain company integrity and honesty with all customers
- Need computer skills including typing
Requirements include a Valid Driver's License; High School Diploma; Automotive Knowledge experience a plus--but not required. We will train the right candidate! Paid vacation, paid training--some travel. NO WEEKENDS--because who wants to work on the weekend?! Salary DOE
