About the Position
Simple Guy T-Shirts is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated assistant to help with the daily operations of our growing e-commerce and apparel-printing business.
This is an in-person, hands-on position that combines office and administrative work with operating and assisting with a DTF printer. The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers and production equipment, learns quickly, pays close attention to detail, and can manage different responsibilities throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Operate and assist with a DTF printer
- Prepare, organize, and manage print files and production orders
- Inspect printed transfers for quality and accuracy
- Help maintain a clean and organized printing and production area
- Process and organize customer orders
- Print shipping labels and prepare packages for shipment
- Assist with inventory counts and product organization
- Respond to customer emails and order-related questions
- Update orders and information in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and other online platforms
- Help manage returns, exchanges, and replacement orders
- Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets
- Assist with product listings and basic website updates
- Communicate with the owner regarding order issues, production needs, and daily priorities
- Complete other office, administrative, printing, and e-commerce tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable performing both office work and hands-on production work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, and spreadsheets
- Able to learn Shopify and other business software
- Capable of working independently and following instructions
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience operating a DTF printer is a plus
- Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus
- Experience with e-commerce, Shopify, shipping, apparel printing, or customer service is preferred but not required
- Comfortable handling, organizing, and packaging merchandise

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for their work, pays attention to small details, and is interested in growing with the business. The right candidate will be proactive, dependable, and willing to assist with both computer-based office responsibilities and hands-on printing and production tasks.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
